  • This machine adopts a floating structure with a fixed table height, which can be used together with the customer's existing roll coating line, spray coating line, and irregular sanding machine.
  • It is suitable for sanding, resin paint, polyurethane paint, water-based paint, PV/PU/PE primer sanding in the veneer processing process.
  • The equipment is equipped with an advanced central information processing system that can automatically detect and recognize the width and length of the board surface, and through data operation analysis and compensation, the grinding head can achieve directed sanding.
  • The sanding conveyor speed and grinding head running data are automatically matched without the need for personnel adjustment.
  • The equipment is equipped with an ultra-thick material protection device, and the grinding head has an automatic floating function, thus effectively protecting the impact caused by the workpiece being too thick.

  • This machine is equipped with two sets of sanding belts, one for forward and one for reverse operation. The belts have a longer circumference, which allows for faster heat dissipation. It also comes with a blade for cleaning the sanding belt, which can extend the belt's service life and eliminate the need for frequent belt replacement.
